Did you know you can substitute eggs in a cake mix recipe for a CAN OF SODA?! They are even more moist and delicious than the original recipe! :) Make sure to match the colour of the pop with the batter--ie. coke for chocolate, gingerale for white, etc.
Does the coke change the flavor of the cake to a chocolate coke flavor?

ReplyDeleteIt's just a box of mix and 1 can of soda. No oil, water, or eggs. I like doing flavors like Cherry Coke in chocolate, orange in vanilla (think dreamsicle), or strawberry Vess in vanilla or strawberry. It's very subtle flavor but it does add some. hth!
